Shipping

All items are packed with the utmost care. We normally ship by FedEx or UPS within USA for US $8 - $16 depending on the size of the tapestry.

For orders over $100 we offer FREE SHIPPING.

Usually the delivery time is 7-14 days. Majority of our tapestries are shipped from the USA, including all fully lined & finished tapestries. Some of our unfinished tapestries (all items with codes starting with letter "A") are shipped from our European location. No extra shipping charges are applied to your order, but it takes 2-4 weeks to deliver the order if shipped from Europe.

International shipping is available.

Return Policy

We offer thirty days money back guarantee. You will be satisfied, but in case of a problem, return merchandise in original condition and in original packaging, prepaid shipping within 30 days of receipt for the refund of purchase price. All shipping costs ARE NOT refundable. If you had free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the purchase price to be refunded.
